–<\/span><\/span> That community builders have understood the importance of simplicity and that people have begun to get used to the possibility of socializing in quiet spaces. And that it is possible to use infrastructure and educational pathways that suit everyone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
- Most people would care about ensuring that oneself and others nearby have a sense of well-being, regardless of achieved educational level, material possessions, and a 'fancy' residence, job, and the like.
\n<\/span>

<\/div>\n
- Less focus on efficiency can contribute to freeing up time and, in turn, contribute to a more adaptable society with less stress and greater space for cognitive flexibility<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
- The social insurance agency no longer exists; a citizen's income has been introduced. Each individual assesses for themselves how much they can and want to work, so that everyone has the time and energy to take care of themselves and others, and spend time on what feels meaningful in life.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- We openly discuss things that are difficult. We take things slower, smile, and talk to each other<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- That we have fewer fears, psychiatric disorders, and understanding of ourselves.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Places for recovery. Everywhere. In the middle of city centers. At workplaces.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- I wish that the society we live in starts valuing people's happiness and well-being rather than solely discussing money and success. Rarely do I see political debaters address these aspects, focusing primarily on the economic challenges we face. So, in my world, I wish our leaders would begin discussing how we, the people, can live happier lives.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- More breaks from smart technology. More contact with animals and nature. More physical movement.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Better understanding of cognitive difficulties and more well-developed interventions.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Long-term economic thinking. More scientifically based instead of a multitude of opinions.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- There are established institutions and recognized activities to address the needs of individuals with functional variations in society.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>\n
- Children and young people must gain knowledge about how digital solutions and technology affect us based on the knowledge available today.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>\n

- That the environment in which we live and engage in daily activities affects us, and we affect the environment. It's important to gain an understanding of the interaction between the environment, activity, and the individual, without seeing them as separate parts.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Translation: \"If everyone had a basic income to live on, a lot of stress would be eliminated. With today's system, too much energy is spent on dealing with the social insurance agency and other authorities just to be able to put food on the table for many.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Those with experience of having exceptionally high needs for brain-friendliness are included as experts in all jobs aimed at continuing to develop society.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- More green spaces, dare to listen to those who see things from a different perspective and not from the ingrained old rut.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Have an open mind, be more inclusive, reduce working days, and societal demands.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Have a section in public transportation adapted for those with neuropsychiatric disabilities, e.g., seating areas (similar to existing spaces for seniors and strollers), where consideration is given to those who prefer distance and reduced sensory input, following a compartmentalized approach. Similarly, in public places like restaurants, cafes, waiting rooms, there should be designated 'quiet zones'.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

- Provide staff with a basic course in neuropsychiatry for those working in customer service. I believe that is important. Pharmacies, hotels, stores... in queues at cash registers, etc. Create break rooms in stores, seating areas, etc., scattered around. Very important.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
